Photographic Story

Because of the rain, my hopes of getting a good shot at Maligne Lake were dashed. Even though I didn't get any good photography, the lake was still beautiful. However, on the way back towards Jasper, between Maligne Lake and Medicine Lake, the sun finally broke through all the rain clouds and illuminated the towering mountains to the east. With Maligne River flowing below, the sun gave me just enough light to get a good shot.
