About Schermerhorn Cave
Schermerhorn Cave, located in Schermerhorn Park, is probably the most famous cave in Kansas. Easily accessible, just south of Galena, a small walking path from the road takes you to a platform to view the twilight zone of the cave. It's located in the small part of extreme southeast Kansas that lies in the Ozark's.
