Photographic Story

This insane lightning bolt was the final shot I took before high-tailing it back to my car and out of there. Standing at the top of the tallest hill in miles on the Kansas prairie when a storm like this is rolling through is a pretty awe-inspiring feeling. Looking out over the Flint Hills and being able to see the powerful lightning and torrential rains in the near distance was a humbling experience.
