About the Photo: Bachalpsee Sunrise Reflection
Photographed high above Grindelwald on an early morning hike from First to the Bachalpsee in the Bernese Oberland region of Switzerland, I made it to the lake just in time to capture the first light of day creating alpinglow on the snow-capped peaks of the Schreckhorn and the Finsteraarhorn. With very little wind to disturb the water, the Bachalpsee reflectioned the beautiful Swiss Alps in a near-perfect mirror. The Bachalpsee is one of the most iconic lakes in the Bernese Alps. I stayed the night at the First gondola lodgings to make sure I would be there for sunset and sunrise to ensure a great shot of this location. The two mile or so hike each way - once at sunset and once at sunrise were very memorable. But that first light on the peaks reflected in the lake was what truly made this location worth the effort!

Signature Series Acrylic Prints (Ready to Hang)
If you’re looking for luxury and quality, then choosing arcylic for your artwork will certainly make it stand out! Details from the image emerge from the acrylic in an almost HD-like appearance due due to the transparency layer that is infused with iridium particles and is encapsulated in a layer suspended between the white poly surface and Acrylic. I also offer upgrades to TruLife acrylic and both Lumachrome and Ultra HD acrylic papers.. The final product is finished with a recessed float mount that allows for easy hanging without the need of an external frame creating a modern gallery look that is perfect for any home or office. Additionally, Italian hand-made ROMA frames can be added to any acrylic piece.
Signature Series Chromaluxe Metal Prints (Ready to Hang)
Using a method called dye sublimation, Chromaluxe is my choice for metal prints. Chromaluxe metal prints are created by taking an archival fine art print and infusing it into an aluminum sheet, creating a much more durable and visually stunning product than printing directly to aluminum like other metal print methods. Surprisingly light-weight, Chromaluxe metal prints are resistant to scratching while having that shiny, high gloss look that makes an image pop! Larson Juhl and box framed Chromaluxe metal prints are available upon request.
Arcival Canvas Prints (Ready to Hang)
Created with 8 color oil based inks, these giclee canvas prints are on another level compared to other canvas prints you might have seen. Many canvas prints have a lack of sharpness, but these canvas prints are some of the highest resolution, sharpest, most vibrant canvas prints possible.
Signature Series Frames (Ready to Hang)
While all of my mounted print styles come ready to hang without the need of an external frame, sometimes collectors want that extra touch of elegance. For that reason, I offer ROMA frames on all of my acrylic, metal and canvas prints. Plaque mount prints can also be framed with Larson Juhl frames. Standard styles include the Tabacchino line, but other ROMA lines are available on request.
