About the Photo: Icelandic Horses

Driving back to the hotel after sunrise at Bruarfoss to get some much needed sleep before flying home, I came across these horses with stunning backlight from the rising sun. I wanted a good shot of the famous Icelandic horses, but struggled to get the shot I want. Finally, on that final morning before leaving, I stumbled across it by complete accident.

Details from the image emerge from the acrylic in an almost HD-like appearance due due to the transparency layer that is infused with iridium particles and is encapsulated in a layer suspended between the white poly surface and Acrylic. I also offer upgrades to TruLife acrylic and both Lumachrome and Ultra HD acrylic papers.. The final product is finished with a recessed float mount that allows for easy hanging without the need of an external frame creating a modern gallery look that is perfect for any home or office. Additionally, Italian hand-made ROMA frames can be added to any acrylic piece.

Chromaluxe Metal Prints

Signature Series Chromaluxe Metal Prints (Ready to Hang)

Using a method called dye sublimation, Chromaluxe is my choice for metal prints. Chromaluxe metal prints are created by taking an archival fine art print and infusing it into an aluminum sheet, creating a much more durable and visually stunning product than printing directly to aluminum like other metal print methods. Surprisingly light-weight, Chromaluxe metal prints are resistant to scratching while having that shiny, high gloss look that makes an image pop! Larson Juhl and box framed Chromaluxe metal prints are available upon request.

For that reason, I offer ROMA frames on all of my acrylic, metal and canvas prints. Plaque mount prints can also be framed with Larson Juhl frames. Standard styles include the Tabacchino line, but other ROMA lines are available on request.
