Old Stone Church Photography Print & West Boylston Massachusetts Wall Art
Standing along the shores of the Wachusett Reservoir, the historic Old Stone Church in West Boylston, Massachusetts is one of the Commonwealth's most beloved landmarks. Built in 1891, this historic 19th-century stone structure remains an important piece of local history. When I visited in the fall, it was adorned with a large American flag across its stone facade, but it also displays a large Christmas wreath during the holiday season.
This was one of the places I was most excited to capture, but knew it had to be during perfect conditions. After consulting weather apps and other tools I use to keep track of potential sunsets, wind, etc. I took a massive detour from New Hampshire down to Massachusetts to photograph this before going back up to Maine. I was lucky enough to capture it during an outstanding rainbow of fall colors. I created this fine art photograph to showcase the church framed by fiery red maples and brilliant yellow birches while the completely still waters of the reservoir display a flawless mirror reflection, doubling the vivid colors and architectural beauty in a serene composition.
Perfect for history enthusiasts and lovers of New England autumn scenery, this landscape print brings timeless Massachusetts character into any room and is available in high-definition HD acrylic or sleek metal, both ready to hang frameless or with optional ROMA framing. Archival paper prints also available.
