Driving Coastal Canada
Near Whistler, British Columbia, Canada
I had already driven over 600 miles from Jasper, Alberta, down the Icefields Parkway and across most of British Columbia when I reached the edge of the coastal range of mountains north of Vancouver. After stopping briefly in Lillooet, the mountain scenery became very foggy and misty. The drive from Lillooet down to the coast at Vancouver was an experience I will never forget. Much of the drive was after dark, but what I saw of this area makes me want to go back. This shot was somewhere between Lillooet and Pemberton before Whistler.
