Wichita, Kansas is my home where I was born and raised. While we may not have the dramatic mountains of the Canadian Rockies and Swiss Alps or the ocean scenery of Hawaii or the Carribean, we have our own unique scenic beauty. Very few places can boast such beautiful sunrises and sunsets. And there's something about a Kansas thunderstorm on the plains that can't be beat. This gallery represents all of my travels around Kansas. I've explored Kansas heavily. From Monument Rocks and the Arikaree Breaks in the west to the Kansas waterfalls in the east, I've explored and photographed this state extensively. I have a very large collection of Keeper of the Plains images, as I really learned and honed in on my photography work there. I also have lots of images from the Flint Hills, Gypsum Hills and other regions, along with many landmarks and parks like Teter Rock, Wilson Lake, Lake Scott, Coronado Heights and more!
