About Captain Creek Falls

Captain Creek Falls are located southeast of Lawrence, Kansas on Captain Creek. I found these falls on the website of Ken Ratzlaff who has photographed a number of Kansas' waterfalls himself. The easiest way to find it is to go south from Eudora on E 2200 Rd until you reach N 700 Rd. Head east for a mile or so. You'll reach E 2400 St. Go north and park on the north side of the bridge. Follow Captain Creek to the east for a few hundred yards and you'll hear the waterfall where the creek turns to go north.
